Study On The Effect And Mechanism Of Yiqi Ziyin Method In Treating Menstrual Period Prolongation Of Qi And Yin Deficiency

Objective:Menostaxis is a common gynecological endocrine disease.In modern medicine,menstrual extension disease is not clearly defined,and little research data.At clinic,we suggest patients receiving hormone therapy and surgical treatment.But most of them are in a bolshie mood for the treatment also the high recurrence rate of disease.In this study,two groups of patients with different causes were analyzed and compared with their the length of menstrual period,sex hormone levels,the TCM symptom scale,and the long-term relapse rate before and after the treatment of Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing.The study is for improve the quality of life of patients with menstrual extension disease,and to explore the role of Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing in menostaxis and the mechanism of Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing.Summed up the tutor’s clinical experience to rich clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas,and provided clinical data for menstrual extended studies.Methods:36 Patients,in line with Qi and Yin deficiency type menstrual extension disease,with normal menstrual cycle who voluntarily joined the trial and signed informed consent that we had collected from the Third Affliated Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecological clinic in September 2015 to August 2016.According to clinical causes are divided into AUB.O group and AUB.E group.At the same time,give the same treatment of Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing medication to two groups,from the first 5 days of menstruation,taking 10 days,to 3 menstrual cycles.To observe the changes of the length of menstrual period,sex hormone levels,the TCM symptom scale,and the long-term relapse rate.All data are established a database by Excel and analyzed by SSPS23 statistical software.Result:① Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing medication could significantly shorten the length of menstrual period,especially the AUB.O group.After treatment of Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing medication,66.7%of patients from AUB.O group return to normal days,comparing with 25.0%of AUB.E group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.② Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing medication could improve serum progesterone levels in the two groups of patients.The difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant,P<0.05.But there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).③ Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing medication could improve systemic symptoms to two groups of patients before and after treatment,P<0.05.But there is no effect on hair loss,P>0.05.And the differences of two groups were not statistically significant,P>0.05.④ During the whole treatment period,no adverse events have occurred.⑤3 months later after treatment,only 1 of the 17 patients who recovered normal Menstrual period had relapsed.Conclusions:① Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing medication could adjust the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis,promote follicular development,enhance the corpus luteum function,thereby increasing the serum progesterone levels,shorten the menstrual extension caused by AUB.O.② Qi-enriching and yin-reinforcing medication indirectly confirmed that Qi and Yin Deficiency is one of the common types of menstrual extension disease,confirms the feasibility of The theory of qi and essence inter-transformations for treating menstruation prolongation and systemic qi and yin deficiency symptoms.③This study verifies that Follicular phase medication,could promote follicular development and enhance corpus luteum function.
