The total effective rate,recovery rate and the improveme nt of appetite were evaluted.The GradeProfiler 3.6 software was adoped for eviden ce grading.ResultsTwenty-five trials contain 1954 participants were included,1011 in experiment al group and 943 in control group.Their age range from 6 months to 13 years ol d.The course of disease between 10 days and 8 years.Effect rate:Tuina vs Zinc supplementation (RR=1.32,95%CI[1.19,1.48]).Tuina v s Chinese patent medicine (RR=1.18,95%CI[1.13,1.23]).Tuina vs xinzhi huoxiang z hengqi powder (RR=0.97,95%CI[0.89,1.05]).Recovery rate:Tuina vs Zinc supplemen tation (RR=2.26,95%CI[1.48,3.45]).Tuina vs Chinese patent medicine (RR=1.50,95% CI[1.19.1.90]).Tuina vs xinzhi huoxiang zhengqi powder (RR=1.20.95%CI[0.56.2.5 6]).Accomplished the analysis of effect rate and recovery rate about four research es.The improvement of appetite about eight researches and untoward effect of thre e researches were accomplished also.
