| Objective: nasal bone fractures as sports injuries, conflict injuries, car accident injuries,fell common traumatic injury or trauma to the face, often with the nature of the dispute,linear fracture judgment for minor injuries, minor injuries identification of guiding significance, its diagnosis for the identification and treatment of accident instructive, and nasal fractures affected anatomical bodies and inspection methods higher rate of misdiagnosis misdiagnosis rate, with the development of nasal bone imaging techniques and post-processing techniques fracture diagnostic accuracy was significantly improved,the focus of this article slice spiral CT nasal surface recombination(MSCT CPR)technique in forensic identification of nasal bone fracture linear.Materials and Methods: Patients with January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014 due to craniofacial trauma forensic identification needs a CT scan of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. In this group a total of 98 cases, male 72 cases, 26 females, aged 15~ 70 Y, average age 43 years, the device uses the Netherlands Philips256 layer i CT machine, compared to using MSCT CPR technology, MSCT axial scan, MPR( patients with MPR) on January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014 due to head and facial trauma admission forensic identification checks, collect clinical data, analysis of test results, test multislice spiral CT curved planar reformation(MSCT CPR) for nasal diagnostic specificity fracturesResults: 98 patients, CT axial scan diagnosis of nasal bone normal 29 cases, the diagnosis of nasal bone fractures in 69 cases of suspicious, the positive rate was 70.4%MSCT CPR diagnosis of nasal bone normal in 20 cases, 78 cases of nasal bone fracture linear suspicious true positive rate 79.6%. Wherein axial CT scan with MSCT CPR were diagnosed as normal nasal bone in 15 cases, both linear fracture diagnosed 64 cases, axial CT scan diagnosis of nasal bone normal and MSCT CPR diagnosis of linear fracture in14 cases, CT axial unenhanced diagnosis of nasal bone fractures MSCT CPR diagnosis of nasal bone normal in 5 cases.Conclusion: CT curved planar reformation images can effectively distinguish between nasal bone fracture with normal anatomy, combined with conventional CT examination can reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of nasal bone fracture linear rate, increase the reference value in forensic medicine nasal Sometimes no. Currently, for nasal curved surface recombination clinical practice is relatively small, when combined with conventional CT, especially HRCT examination, diagnosis of nasal bone fracture higher value. |
