Acute cerebral infarction in our country are at higher risk, the crowd is given priority to with the elderly, and higher morbidity and mortality, how the early recovery becomes the key to treatment of ischemic brain tissue of the blood supply of [1]. Cerebral infarction early intravenous thrombolysis is recognized as the current recovery of ischemic area blood reperfusion [2] more effective therapies. Over the past twenty years, many scholars have conducted research on cerebral infarction early thrombolysis therapy, and the drug selection and to evaluate the clinical effect of early intravenous thrombolytic therapy for cerebral infarction provided valuable resources. Group data in Peking University medical zibo hospital emergency department(formerly shandong aluminum company) jointly neurology from January 2013 to January 2016 to thrombolysis treatment during the period of 17 patients with cerebral infarction(thrombolysis group) and conventional treatment of 17 cases of cerebral infarction patients(thrombolysis group) were compared, observing, summary, according to the given rt- PA thrombolysis treatment group and routine treatment in the control group before and after treatment the NIHSS score, index BI score, mRs score summary analysis [3], found that use love tong at o(enzyme) than traditional group in the control group with obvious therapeutic effect, because of its safe and effective, it is recommended to not have artery thrombolysis of grassroots medical institutions promote cerebral infarction in super early intravenous thrombolysis treatment, to comply with thrombolysis disease indications in patients with acute cerebral infarction of early implementation of love made thrombolysis treatment, can significantly reduce caused by cerebral infarction morbidity [4], and further improve the level of the social labor resources of our country.
