| With the rapid development of civil aviation industry, China’s civil aviation passenger and freight transport flights increased, production and operations tasks increased, the pilots are almost always in the overload state work, physical overdraft phenomenon serious, leading to reduce the pilot biological clock disorder, anti flight fatigue, overweight, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other chronic occupational disease patients is increasing, and, occasionally, loss of consciousness and death occurred. All the signs indicate that the pilot’s physical decline is obvious, which has been a serious threat to the flight safety and the sustainable development of China’s civil aviation transport.This study is to investigate the status quo of physical fitness of civil aviation pilots as the starting point, using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, test method, statistical analysis method, test and questionnaire by 224 active pilots of 10 domestic airlines, according to the "standard" civil aviation medical personnel Chinese "the flight personnel, physical training methods and training standards" test indicators of evaluation and analysis, to understand and grasp China’s real age pilot fitness level; explore China’s civil aviation pilot body factors exist in the training problem and its influence, and proposed the development of countermeasures to enhance the measures of China’s civil aviation pilot physical. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1 measured data show that: the physical fitness of the civil aviation pilot was rated as excellent, good, pass and fail, respectively 25%, 37.1%, 30.3%, 7.6%, the total physical condition is better.2. The test results show that the different ages of physical condition was "saddle" development trend, namely physical evaluation along with the age growth appears "low in the middle, two high" phenomenon; all ages fitness evaluation of the excellent and good rate are higher, but 17 failed.3. Civil aviation pilots, with a body well proportioned, weight rapid growth trend with age; heart and lung function to be further improved, 40-44 years old of age, the pilot’s body function pass rate is low; upper body strength, quick response ability, but the vestibule endurance is weak. Among them: 25-29 years old and 30-34 years old pilot physical condition is relatively good.4 each airline has not set up the special physical training management department, also has not formulated the related measure to urge the pilot to participate in the physical training consciously. Civil aviation pilot since the aviation school graduates to participate in the work and mission onerous and flight time is not fixed, pilots involved in physical training actively and science, still need to be improved.And puts forward relevant suggestions:1. Relevant departments for physical evaluation of the pilot was "intermediate low, on both sides of the high" phenomenon, should focus on solving physical 35-39 and aged40-44 age pilots, of 40- 44 year old pilot physical decline range is too big problem further analysis and research, to carry out physical fitness of pilots refresher training,improve the overall level of physical fitness.2. The airlines to strengthen the management of the pilot team, reasonable, scientific arrangements for the flight workload; improve the fitness of pilot compliance testing system, formulates the corresponding incentive mechanism, and pilots flying career and performance evaluation, airlines management closely.3. Airlines should be combined with its own configuration of physical training management department to establish the fitness of pilot training and supervision mechanism; the introduction of professional fitness instructor, innovation of physical training methods, increase the supervision and the intensity of physical training of pilots.At the same time, but also to enhance the ability of active pilots self training.4. Flight schools and colleges should life-long physical training from the perspective of that design and development have benefits for the pilot to maintain and enhance the physical fitness level of sports, the physical "school unit family" effective link and maintained long-term; personal pilot should also set up a comprehensive right to view of training and lifelong training consciousness, fully understand to insist on physical exercise, enhanced importance since the body quality, to develop the habit of lifelong exercise. |
