Research On The Construction Of The Three-level Construction Index Of The "Basic Nursing Basic Technology" Resource Sharing Class

Objective:1.To esteblish the Tertiary Building index of the ?Nursing Basic Technique? Collectibles Resource Sharing Lesson.2.Using Delphi method to demonstrate the Tertiary Building index of the ?Nursing Basic Technique? Collectibles Resource Sharing Lesson,so that it can coincidence the national standard better,and provide reference for Collectibles Resource Sharing Lesson.3.Provide the more quality care basic skills teaching resources for university teachersn students and the community of learners.Methods:l.Use literature review method to the related data of Open Educational Resources at home and abroad and the building index of the national collectibles resource sharing lesson.2.Use group discussion method to discuss the Tertiary Building index of the ((Nursing Basic Technique)) Collectibles Resource Sharing Lesson and questionnaire, repeated solicitation the expert's advice and to emend the questionnaire, form the formal questionnaire.3.Use Delphi method for two questionnaires to the 21 experts for the necessity?technical feasibility?manpower feasibilitys and risk character of the Tertiary Building index of the (Nursing Basic Technique)) Collectibles Resource Sharing Lesson; on the basis of Index screening criteria form research group, analysising the consulting results and esteblish the Tertiary Building index of the ((Nursing Basic Technique)) Collectibles Resource Sharing Lesson at final.Results:1.The response rates of two questionnaire were 95.2% and 100%, fully reflects the experts' concern and support for the research.2.The authority degree of the experts was 0.801, Indicates that the experts are more familiar with the problems, it can believe that the authority of experts is high.3.The Kendall coefficients of concordance ranged from 0.58 to 0.68 in the second round, indicates that the understanding of the importance of experts is becoming more and more consistent, the reliability is high, the results is desirable.Conclusion:1.The degree of cooperation and authority of experts is high, coordination of expert opinion is better,the tertiary building index are predictive and practicable.2.Has certain prediction significance and maneuverability to the construction of the ?Nursing Basic Technique? Collectibles Resource Sharing Lesson,but the all still need further validation in the application and improvement.
