Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Spleen And Kidney On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome After Ovarian Cancer Surgery

Objective:access pishen bolus to in treatment of ovarian cancer after chemotherap-ya in ptients with short-term clinical efficacy and the quality of life.Methods:From January 2014 to December 2015 in the tumor hospital of Hunan province and Hunan Province Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine From 64 cases afte-r resection of spleen and kidney deficiency type ovarian cancer chemotherapy patient-s as research object,randomly divided for the treatment group and the control group,e-ach group had 32 cases.Patients in control group were treated with chemotherapy alo-ne,the treatment group received spleen and Kidney Decoction Combined with chemo-therapy and after 3 courses of treatment,observe two groups of patients TCM syndrome curative effect,physical status score,quality of life,drug symptomatic intervention r-ate and tumor changes such as index.Results:1.The symptoms of the treatment group total effective rate(81.25%) highe-r than that of the control group(50%),the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).2.Treatment group shortness of breath, and economic difficulties two aspects compared with those before treatment there is no obvious difference,other than the previ-ious comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05);in the control group the physi-cal function of the patients was more obvious differences, the rest of the field showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),the difference in the two aspects of cognitive funct-ion,economic difficulties between the two groups of patients had no statistical signifi-cance(P>0.05),and the rest had significant difference(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the c-assette scores of the two groups were compared with the previous improved,although treatment group increased more significantly,the differences have statistical difference(P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group improved quality of life compared with the control group was more obvious.4.Before treatment,the difference between the two groups of NK cells,CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 had no statistical significanc significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group,NK cells,CD3,CD4,CD4/C D8 were significantly higher than before,and CD8 decreased significantly compared with the previous,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);control group,CD 3,CD8 was increased and decreased NK cell,CD4,CD4/CD8 than before,the differenc-e has statistical significance(P<0.05).5.patients of the two groups of tumor markers were significantly decreased,therewere statistically significant differences(P<0.05),but the treatment group decreased significantly more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pishen bolus can improve the deficiency of spleen and kidney after surgery for ovarian cancer chemotherapy in patients with clinical efficacy, improve the quality of life of patients, enhance the body strength, enhance immunity, and ultimatel-y improve clinical prognosis.
