Effects Of Giant Thorn On The Expression Of VEGF And Ang-1 In Brain Tissue Of Rats With Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion Injury | Posted on:2017-01-17 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:S L Zhang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2354330485963480 | Subject:Acupuncture and massage to learn | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Purpose:To observe the effect of opposing needling on the expression of VEGF and Ang-1 in cerebral cortex of MCAO/R model rats and probe into the effcet which MCAO/R model rats was treated by opposing needling.Methods:This experiment selects 100 SD rats as experimental artical(all male),then divides them randomly into five groups with 20 rats in each group: the normal control group、the shamoperated group、the model group、the opposing needling group(unaffected-side acupuncture group) and the affectedside acupuncture group.And groups were divided into 3d subgroup and 14 d subgroup.There were10 rats in Each subgroup.Modeling was realized by inserting nylon thread into the internal carotid artery.Two hours had passed after reperfusion.Treating each group respectively 24 hours later.The opposing needling group was acupunctured with “renzhong” and “baihui” and was treated with electroacupuncture at the unaffected acupoints.The affected side acupuncture group was acupunctured with “renzhong” and “baihui” and was treated with electroacupuncture at the affected acupoints.Five groups was scored with the nerve function respectively after modeling and at the end of the course.Observe the ischemic brain tissue of rats.Employing immuneohistochemical method to determine the content of VEGF and Ang-1 in cerebral cortex.Outcome:1.In the 3d and 14 d subgroup,there was different degree of neurological funtional defect symptom in each groups which shows a successful molding.There was no statistically significant difference among the opposing needling group 、 the affected side acupuncture group and the model group(P >0.05).Compared with the model group,the nerve function in the opposing needling group and the affected side acupuncture group improved after three days(P < 0.05). And there was no obvious difference betweeen the opposing needling group and the affected side acupuncture group(P > 0.05).Before and after treatment in the opposing needling group and the affected side acupuncture group,neurological funtion improved meaningful(P<0.05).After14 th day of treatment, the opposing needling group and the affected side acupuncture group have obvious difference compared with the model group(P<0.05).Compared with the affected side acupuncture group, the opposing needling group improved obviously.And before and after treatment in the opposing needling group and the affected side acupuncture group,neurological funtion improved meaningful(P<0.01).2. The degree of damage in ischemic brain improved significantly after acupuncture. But the opposing needling group improved obviously than the affectedside acupuncture group.And the 14 d subgroup improved obviously than the 3d subgroup.3.
