Objective:To find the relationship of TCM Collateral Disease Theory and IPF. explore the ideas of Chinese medicine collateral disease theory under the guidance of IPF Treating, we analyzed according to the clinical disease syndrome factor conclude that the righting tick evil search collateralslt is the basic law for the treatment of IPF. and carried out relevant research.Methods:Clinical study:Basis for case inclusion criteria, collected231cases of the January2003to December2011in Dongzhimen Hospital, Department of Respiratory Medicine ward inpatient and outpatient treatment of interstitial lung fibrosis patients. Acquisition of TCM syndrome information, analyze, summarize the results of the data obtained.Experimental study:32SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:sham operation group, model control group, and prednisone in the control group, the TCM group(n=8). Model group, prednisone group and TCM group to adopt the model of one-time intratracheal infusion of0.2%bleomycin solution (1mg/kg body weight) act model, sham operation group was injected with an equal volume of saline. Animal performance during the experiment, indicating that the side effects of TCM group was significantly less than the side effects caused by the prednisone, but for shorter periods, the two groups are not yet a significant difference.To sum up:The righting tick evil search network method is the basic idea of the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, and it’s effect is more significant difference than prednisone group, the clinical side effects is significantly lower than prednisone cause.
