Yushenfu mining area is located in the north of Shaanxi,it is an border area of China's traditional agriculture and animal husbandry,with the poor ecological environment.The soil erosion problem is particularly acute in this study area and it is the main area with abundant and coarse sediment from the Yellow River.Coal resources is particularly rich here,so it becomes one of the important energy chemical industry bases in our country,also it is the focus area on coal strategic shift westwards and northwards of Shaanxi.The over range development of exploiting coal resources causes the fragile environment even more worse.Therefore,how to optimize the model of prevention and control the water and soil is particularly important for Yushenfu mining area.According to the water and soil erosion in Shanbei region has already been researched thoroughly,especially in the study area of the small watershed,has a long prevention and control history.However,from the perspective of system dynamics,the studies are really rare on the comprehensive analysis of regularities about coal exploiting investment proportion and the water and soil conservation.The writer chooses the Yushenfu mining as the study area and starts from the part of input and output of coal exploiting project,relying on the existing projects of water and soil conservation and the system theories to establish simulated models,with the aim of putting forward to optimization strategy through the established simulated model.Finally,as provided supports for the research area of water and soil conservation and the social development.This thesis is based on the analysis and collation of 76 water and soil conservation projects,2 times field investigation and the advice from consulting experts.Finished after collecting a large number of firsthand materials,the main study content is as follow:(1)Divide the coal mines into 3 attributes to receive the regularities of water and soil erosion,according to different water and soil conservation,different construction stages and different parts.Then get the regularities of water and soil erosion in Yushenfu miming area which are based on the system theories.Next contrapose the unique characteristics of water and soil erosion of coal mines so that could identify the critical areas of water and soil erosion.(2)Using the method of system dynamics,combing with the knowledge of water and soil conservation,prevention and control and surrounding the regularities of water and soil erosion in this study area,the thesis set up model frameworks starts from 4 angles,they are investment,layout,prediction and evaluation,including 68 model variables.By analyzing the development project of water and soil conservation,building table functions,time functions to establish 77 state equation among all the elements.In combination with the practical situation of this study area,through the analysis of SPSS,consulting experts and refer to the relevant provisions,determines the value of control parameters and given the scope scientifically.(3)Use the Vensim software to map volume flow rate and then start the simulation run,from which the model performed well in the inspection of structural and the flexibility and next get the model of MWC-SD.By dragging the slider,the writer put the Xiwan and other six coal mines property values into the model and get the result of output through collating and analyzing.On the one hand,it could confirm the model is scientific and reasonable,on the other hand it could receive the corresponding regularity of water and soil erosion.(4)Design a simulation program with classification standard which could cover the vast majority of coal mine types,could get 12 sets of simulation solutions and then put the solutions into the model aim to receive related parameters and regulations of water and soil erosion in the study area of all types of coal mines.Shape function is designed,which includes the function of regional position changed and the function of ramp growth in responsibility scope,then get the corresponding regulations.(5)Use the regulations of which could get from the model analysis,begin with the aspect of ecological,social and economic,put forward the corresponding optimization strategies what based on the water and soil erosion prevention model on this study area,also analysis the guiding ideology and the way of implementation.Finally,the system dynamics model is used to optimize the result of regulation and control,and refer to present experiences of water and soil conservation,come up with the overall water and soil prevention optimized strategies of Yushenfu miming area.
