Gun rotated accuracy is one of the important tactical and technical indexes of rocket launchers.The measurement uncertainty evaluation of double theodolite measurement system of gun rotated accuracy is not reliable and its measuring efficiency is low.In order to overcome its disadvantages,a new gun rotated accuracy measuring system consisted of total station and computer was put forward.It provides a new method with high precision for measuring gun rotated accuracy.The measurement principle of the total station was introduced.Based on the spatial coordinates calculating method,the gun rotated accuracy measurement model of total station was established.Based on Monte Carlo method to evaluate the measurement uncertainty,the measurement model is amended.Choose different precision of total stations as the research object.Evaluating the uncertainty of measurement system by Monte Carlo method based on MATLAB.The influence on the system measurement uncertainty of the ranging accuracy and angle precision was studied.It is the theory basis of total station type selection.Experimental measurement and variance analysis showed that the size of marked points,the distance of marked points and the effect of manual aiming on the uncertainty of a single point measurement.The measurement model was amended to calculate the measurement uncertainty of the revised system.Comparison between the measurement uncertainty of two systems proved that the precision of total station system is superior to the theodolite system.The gun rotated accuracy measurement system of the total station was designed.Completed the gun rotated accuracy measurement experiments.The distance and size of measuring points were optimized.The measurement experiment shows that,compared with the traditional double theodolite measurement system of gun rotated accuracy,the total station measuring system improved the measurement accuracy and efficiency,meet the requirements of light weight and improve the reliability of measuring equipment.
