| The modern agriculture demonstration-garden of Shanxi is the starting point and high level prototype for building new and modern agriculture according to the difference in resource and industry of various area. By learning from foretype, it forms a strong power for leading the development of local modern agriculture, which speeds up the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern one and also improves the productive forces for characteristic farm products. Modern agriculture demonstration-garden flourishes in Shanxi with the background of agricultural conversion, Integration of coal resources and economic transformation.This paper analyzes current situation of modern agriculture demonstration-garden based on its concept and related theory. We do research on several areas of modern agriculture demonstration-garden, such as:the planning, industry layout, execution performance, garden types, land circulation scheme of garden, investment and financing scheme, talent education scheme, scientific innovation scheme, organization and management scheme and so on. Additionally, we summarize a few examples in order to analyze the innovation on the operation of Shanxi modern agriculture demonstration-garden. The factors of garden constructions are concluded by using the analytic hierarchy process. There are some problems existing in current garden construction of Shanxi:imperfect planning, lacking funding, incomplete management and operation scheme, inconspicuous model-leading, garden development limited by land circulation and so on. The proposed solutions are:improve garden planning and building, attract more funds, enhance garden management and operation scheme, strengthen leading effect and make innovation of land circulation in rural areas. |
