In the field of industrial measurement and control,test objects are complex,test parameters are various,and it requires high standard for test speed and test precision.The traditional single-parameter and handworked tests were not suited to the development of productive forces.What's more,some industrial field is difficult to intervene.So,it's necessary to carry out the automatic test and control.To meet the high-precision temperature aerospace research institute a solenoid valve,pressure,flow collection and fast response to pulsed control requirements,Development of a valve integrated measurement and control system based on virtual instrument and PXI.In this paper,the modular design concept,select of mature PXIe hardware platform,designed high-precision pulse electromagnetic valve control system and electromagnetic valve technical indicators designed electromagnetic valve drive circuit.Test system by the United States NI's data acquisition devices,including embedded controllers,mixing box and high-speed data acquisition card.The control system consists PXI digital I / O cards and relay driver circuit,control instructions issued by PC software,to achieve high-precision flexible valve control.In the LabVIEW graphical programming environment measurement and control software development,implementation of the automatic data acquisition and storage,real-time data display,reporting,and automatic generation of characteristic historical data playback and other functions,to achieve a network share test data.The system is able to complete the acquisition of valves and components in a variety of temperature and vibration tests during the test temperatures,pressure,flow rate,current and other parameters.The practical application showed that the system architecture design is reasonable,stable and reliable,high degree of automation,high precision,able to satisfy the test requirements can be extended to other test units.
