On the current situation of China's forest resources,the total amount of resources is still very scarce.There are many reasons for this situation,on the one hand,early in order to speed up social development on the trees deforestation.On the other hand,can not adapt to the tree for the forest trees,just plant trees,not tend it.The phenomenon of deforestation has been greatly improved in recent years,in the face of the status of planting trees without tending,the relevant government departments have begun to increase the intensity of forest tending.The forest shrub cutting and cleaning work is a very important content of forest tending,therefore,it is necessary to design a shrub cutting device suitable for the present situation of shrub harvest in our country.This paper virtual designs a shrub cutting device based on the virtual prototyping technology theory.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper by the way of experiment,determined mechanical properties of five kinds of shrubs samples collected from Taili Ma Yongshun Experimental Forest Farm,these data provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent establishment of simulation model of shrub cutting device.And developed the overall layout of the shrub cutting device,completed the design calculation and selection work of the main components involved and the hydraulic components.(2)Using the Pro/E to model and assemble the shrub cutting device,to accomplish the movement interference test of the shrub cutting device assembly model.Using Pro/E and ADAMS software's dedicated model import interface importing assembly models into ADAMS,and settings the relevant motion connection,building the simulation analysis virtual prototyping.(3)The shrub cutting device was simulated and analyzed.The main contents and conclusions of the simulation analysis are as follows: the simulation analysis of the posture change between the auxiliary cutting table of the shrub cutting device and the working state is carried out,get the relationship between time and driving torque,angular velocity and angle is obtained during the swing process.The simulation of shrub cutting process was carried out,by contrast and analyze the different feeding speeds of 300mm/s,400mm/s,500mm/s of the cutting component's cutting situation,it is found that the cutting effect of the shrub cutting device under 500mm/s feeding speed is better.The vibration analysis of shrub cutting parts at the speed of 500mm/s was carried out,it is found that the shrub cutting system has violent vibration at the three frequency points of 630 Hz,650Hz and 700 Hz respectively.The three frequency points can be used as the main frequency of vibration reduction.By changing the natural frequency of the system,to improve and eliminate the vibration of the circular saw,while the disc sawing the vibration energy changes in the simulation analysis.
