Conductive rod with the brush of conductive device,conductive device is the key of inertial devices and inertial instrument device that accounts for an important task of instrument internal power supply and signal transmission,and conductive rod is a key element of conductive device,composed of multiple conductive slip ring fold outfit,potting,it require high machining accuracy,and offline testing time is long,difficult,therefore,research in detection of conductive rod is very necessary.Traditional detection of conductive pole is offline measurement,completely rely on artificial and the traditional measurement tools to complete,work efficiency is low,the measuring accuracy is not high also,detection of digital image processing method compared with traditional detection methods has detection speed,non-contact,high precision,strong anti-interference ability and other advantages,so the application of image processing technology to the electric pole in the measurement is to improve the work efficiency and an effective measure of reducing human error.Using image processing technology in the measurement of conductive rod,first of all,to master the theory of image processing technologies are applied and processing procedure,and by the camera images of the conductive rod,images into the computer,the computer complete conductive rod picture processing,such as for image denoising,image enhancement,image binarization and so on a series of image processing,the required by the local image edge detection and extraction,finally choose the appropriate measurement of points to extract the image measurement,related parameters,to complete the experiment.The whole process without the participation of the automatically by computer,the accuracy is higher,and the computer's processing speed is very fast,completed by computer for detection of conductive rod greatly improve the efficiency.Therefore,using image processing technology in the measurement of conductive rod is a kind of new measurements of high precision,high efficiency and low cost.Structure of conductive rod,the author of this paper,based on the CCD camera and optical microscope in the measurement scheme,structures,in measuring system,the analysis and research the conductive rod image processing method,realize the conductive rod v-shaped ring groove spacing in measurement,and the experimental results verified.
