Stepped-Frequency Radar of HPRF which has the advantage of high precision,strong anti-noise ability,anti-stealth and the ability to identify real targets,is currently the research focus of high-resolution technology and it has broad application prospects in both military and civilian field.However,the traditional radar echo simulation technology has been well developed.But echo simulation technology of stepped-frequency radar of high pulse repetition frequency has not been publicly reported.Some key technologies still need to be overcome.Research on stepped-frequency radar of high pulse repetition frequency echo simulation is carried out in this paper.And the paper mainly focus on the establishment of stepped-frequency radar of high pulse repetition frequency echo model,amplitude and phase compensation technology based on stepped-frequency radar of high pulse repetition frequency echo and the improvement of real-time performance.The main research results are as follows.1.The establishment of high repetition frequency stepped-frequency radar echo model.First,by comparing the ambiguity function of ordinary pulse waveform model,chirp waveform model and stepped-frequency waveform model,the characteristic of stepping frequency radar is introduced.Secondly,by analyzing the echo model of ordinary pulse radar,chirp radar and stepped-frequency radar,the echo model of high repetition frequency stepping frequency radar is deduced.Finally,considering the echo ambiguity caused by the high-frequency characteristic,the frequency offset of echo is calculated.2.The amplitude and phase compensation of high repetition rate of the stepping frequency radar echo.First,based on the simulation and analysis of amplitude and phase distortion phenomenon of high repetition rate of the stepping frequency radar echo,the necessity of amplitude and phase compensation technology is explained.Secondly,amplitude compensation method based on FIR band-passed filter and phase compensation method based on least-squares algorithm are proposed.And the efficiency of the algorithm is demonstrated.Finally,the simulation of amplitude and phase compensation based on real radar echo data is carried out and the one-dimensional distance with flat main lobe,symmetrical side lobes and low noise is got.The correctness of the method is validated.3.The improvement of real-time efficiency of high frequency and stepping frequency radar echo simulator.First,according to the using frequency and calculation efficiency of the functions,several algorithms including sine,cosine and squaring root are selected to be optimized.Finally,the comparison between the optimized algorithm and the library functions of DSP is carried out.Based on the error analysis,the feasibility of the optimized algorithm is verified.
