Research On Community Medical Service System Based On Service Design Theory

With the improvement of living standards,the demand for community health care has increased,and the community medical sernice system has also been gradually incorporated into community medical work.This topic studies the existing problems of community medical service system,and combined with the theory and methods of service design,to blood pressure health management as the breakthrough point,respectively from the perspective of patients,doctors and families to build blood pressure monitoring system.This paper first summarizes the theory of service design and the status of community medical service,then analyzes the mature cases of sernice design theory in other fields,and studies how the service design theory is applied in the actual project.Secondly,using the service design theory to analyze the service process of the community medical service system,excavate the demand points of the community medical service system,draw the blueprint of service,and put forward the service strategy of the community medical service system.After that,this article takes the blood pressure monitoring management in the community medical service system as the breakthrough point,and constructs the blood pressure detection system to further deepen the research of the community medical service system.The use of user interviews,field survey,questionnaire survey method and principle,in-depth study of the blood pressure monitoring system of the target users,through the establishment of a role model and user journey map,clear display of the target user blood pressure monitoring system in pain and demand point.Finally,taking the "palm community" blood pressure monitoring system as an example,the proposed scheme was applied in practice,and the prototype of blood pressure monitoring system was made in detail,and the feasibility of the proposed scheme was verified.
