Data is not only a bridge between the computer and the physical environment,but also an effective way for people to perceive the changing laws of the surrounding things.With the continuous development of wireless sensor technology,the data acquisition system structure gradually inclined to embedded.At present,most of the embedded data acquisition systems are aimed at foreign embedded main controllers.There are insufficient researches on the application of domestic embedded processors in data acquisition and lack of certain innovation;and most of the sensor nodes responsible for data collection need to be distributed in the outside world.Data collection and transmission are performed in the environment.Therefore,how to reduce the energy consump tion of the system,improve the real-time performance of the system,and prolong the life cycle of the system is still a problem to be solved in the research of the data acquisition system.This paper focuses on Zig Bee network topology and routing algorith ms for real-time data collection,reliability,and low power consumption issues.It is designed from the perspective of coordinator location optimization,node dynamic energy levels,and efficient RREQ grouping in route discovery.The coordinator location optimization algorithm—DIZCLS and the optimization algorithm based on the traditional Zig Bee routing algorithm —RELTA were used to simulate,contrast,and analyze the algorithm through the NS-2 network simulation platform.Focused on the lack of autonomous controllers for embedded data acquisition systems,used Loongson 1C as the gateway,Loongson 3A as the server,and Linux as the operating system of the data acquisition system.combined Zig Bee,Linux driver development,MySql database,and Web server techn ologies.The whole data acquisition system was designed and optimized for the lack of network congestion control algorithms in Loongson's operating system.The Nveno-wwood congestion control algorithm was designed to improve the real-time and reliability of data network transmission,and simulation experim ents under NS2 were conducted.The research results show that the DIZCLS algorithm,RELTA algorithm and Nveno-wwood algorithm designed in this paper reduce the energy consumption and end-to-end delay of the data acquisition system,improve the network performance,and prolong the network life.The designed based on Loongson and Zig Bee The data acquisition system achieves data collection,transmission,storage,and display to achieve the desired goals.
