In the development of wireless communication system,improving the spectral efficiency of wireless communication system has been one of the goals pursued by the wireless communication industry.With the development of electronic technology industry,the use of spectrum resources is getting more and more tense.An important issue facing the telecommunications industry today is how to improve the spectral efficiency.The first step to improve the spectral efficiency is to accurately detect and analyze the current existing spectrum usage.This paper analyzes the existing spectrum detection methods and spectral efficiency calculation methods.In view of the fact that the current spectrum detection method is not easy to get this situation,and combined with the existing problem of low accuracy of spectrum efficiency calculation method,this paper designs a spectrum detection platform using HackRF and MATLAB.The platform realizes the function of collecting,detecting and spectrum analyzing LTE signals.Based on the LTE protocol standard and key technologies of LTE,this paper designs the LTE signal acquisition part and the LTE signal demodulation part.Based on HackRF the signal acquisition part realizes the LTE signal detection,acquisition,preservation.The demodulation part based on MATLAB realizes the demodulation of the LTE signal.The spectrum efficiency calculation method based on the downlink physical channel demodulation of the LTE signal is proposed.Finally,this paper tests the platform based on HackRF spectrum detection and analysis.The platform detects,collects and demodulates the current LTE signal,calculates the spectrum efficiency of the acquired LTE signal.The feasibility of the platform is verified.
