With the development of science and technology,especially the development of new technologies such as computer technology and network technology,robot plays an increasingly important role in production and our daily life.As an industrial robot,palletizing robot also has a more and more widely use.However,as robot becomes more versatile and more complex in structure,robot technicians also have higher requirements when problems arise with robots.In order to solve this problem,we design a palletizing robot remote monitoring system based on PHP and Python.This paper first introduces the principle and classification of remote monitoring system,then introduces the research status of remote monitoring system both at home and abroad.After that we studies the working process of palletizing robot and carries out the requirement analysis.Finally,the functions that this system needs are remote control functions including tray login and stacker login;robot remote video surveillance function;server and client mutual file transfer function;robot management function;system management function.This paper next studies the structure of this platform and explains the detail of the platform and its implementation.According to the security and confidentiality demand of the system,the system uses C/S mode,the server uses MVC mode in programming,and the robot client uses Python to program.And in order to increase the reliability through communication,this paper has designed a set of communication protocol and supporting database in order to guarantee the data safety.In the last,we describe the implementation process of robot management system,robot service system and robot client.After that,the system has been through function tests,pressure tests,compatibility tests,reliability tests and ease tests.These tests ensure the feasibility of this system.And we conclude the research of this palletizing robot monitoring system and discuss some future research point.
