The “Eating webcast” as a new product of the Internet era is not only an extension of the traditional food culture and a new interpretation of the food show,but also a social method favored by young people.The popularity of "Eating webcast" depends on the development of network technology,the appearance of the barrage,the psychological needs of the masses and the change of social mode.As a network social platform,Live broadcast is a new form of interaction and a new product.Anchors constantly stimulate fans through verbal communication and non-verbal communication,while fans make timely feedback on attitude and behavior through barrage and reward.It can be said that "Eating webcast" is dependent on interaction and survival.Therefore,this article takes the study of " Eating webcast " as the breakthrough point.Based on the theory of "use and satisfaction",through the questionnaire survey of the fans to understand the audience's preference and demand of watching “eating webcast”.The survey found that the fans watching "eating webcast" can satisfy the desire for food,and also in the entertainment at the same time to dispel loneliness.Then the author selects the high popularity anchors " Duo Yi" for a case study.Through participatory observation and text analysis,we know the anchors' satisfaction to the audience's needs in the process of interaction,and then get the strategy to enhance the interaction effect.Interaction is a process of mutual influence.Fans interact with anchors through screen shots and rewards.Anchors influence fans through language and nonverbal symbols.These interactive elements are the main samples of this paper.Through the analysis of the content and quantity of the barrage,it is concluded that with the progress of the live broadcast,the focus of attention and the enthusiasm for interaction will also change.After a comparative analysis of barrage and anchor behavior,we find that the anchor is still in the leading position in the live broadcast.The language and behavior of the anchor will affect the interaction content and interaction fever of the audience.Therefore,in order to improve the interaction effect,the anchor needs to create the real scene as much as possible,and realize the audience's accompanying demand.Secondly,the anchor needs to stimulate the sense of group belonging and meet the social needs of the audience.In addition,the anchor should strengthen the sensory experience,highlight the non language stimulation,to achieve the temptation of the delicacies.
