Traditional in-situ detection mainly uses Inductance,photoelectric,mechanical and other methods.The advantage of these methods is relatively accurate detection accuracy,the disadvantage is that there is no identification of the authenticity and can form false information,which will misguide users to produce false judgments.According to the above,the project team put forward and obtained the national patent,in-situ detection device based on RFID technology".In this patent,the identification information and password mechanism in RFID tag were used to prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of counterfeiting.The research in this paper intends to study the key technology of the patent,and focus on the rule of RFID recognition distance,so as to provide technical support for the promotion of patent.This paper designed a set of experimental device to measure RFID recognition distance.The device mainly consists of two parts:hardware and software.In hardware,optical fiber displacement sensor and micrometer were used to measure the RFID recognition distance,then the measured data were sent to the system software in computer through the experimental platform.The experimental platform and PC used serial protocol to communicate.The experimental data in PC coming from the serial port would be gathered and processed by the system software.The data after processing would be used to do linear fitting through least squares method,so as to get the linear regression equation,which would be a more accurate way to describe the rule of the RFID recognition distance.With the experimental device designed in this paper,the research measured the recognition distance in different directions of some kind of 125KHz RFID system and the recognition distance can reach high accuracy.Then the research analyzed the RFID system's recognition rule in every direction through a lot of experimental data and pointed out whether the recognition rule can be influenced by different external interference conditions.The experimental device designed in this paper is very easy to use,and also the measurement results can reach a certain precision,which can meet the requirements of special accuracy.The experimental data in the research are obtained in real environment,which means that they are reliable and can be used immediately to guide the reality.The research conclusion can be of great significance to the application of the RFID in recognition distance aspect in the future.
