The central heating to improve the quality of life in most of the people's winter in the north of China is of great significance Heat exchange system is a large inertial system of high quantity of heat,in many of today's heating system USES is extensive heating,namely mediation according to the amount of heat from the heating power,thermal energy storage is more higher heating power,thermal energy storage is lower power less,don't consider the effect of environmental factors on the indoor temperature,so it is often the user temperature too high or too low in the home,also caused a large amount of waste heat Therefore,in order to solve the problem of high energy consumption of the heat exchange system,this paper presents a fuzzy control algorithm,the indoor and outdoor heat exchanger illumination compensation and other influencing factors of indoor temperature calculation,reduces the ambient temperature on the room temperature,the influence of illumination effectively reduces the heat system.This control system USES fuzzy control algorithm,this algorithm is a nonlinear intelligent control algorithm,don't need to know accurate mathematical model of controlled object,based on expert experience and practical experiences as control rules,and fuzzy logic reasoning to complete the control decision,the advantage of using this algorithm mainly has two aspects: one is to reduce the computational complexity of the algorithm and partial,can control rules are established by expert experience and methods;Secondly,it avoids the frequent action of the execution parts,and increases the service life of the actuator.In this paper,applying the algorithm established three input 1 output of fuzzy control rules,with light intensity at room temperature and set temperature difference between indoor and outdoor temperature difference as input,the valve opening pump flow as the quantity control In this paper,on the basis of heat flow in the morning every day,adjusted according to the actual situation of every day,every day the temperature real-time update,improve the control accuracy,more energy saving effect of the control This paper made the article 75 of the fuzzy rules,through to the fuzziness of input output solution,calculated accurate value of the heating power.Finally,the article built in matlab/simulink was accused of indoor temperature model,and the three-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm are simulated,by comparing before and after the application algorithm of heating power graph,it can be seen that energy savingeffect reached 10% after application algorithm,improve the energy efficiency of the heating system.
