Chinese telecommunication industry is developing rapidly in recent years, thenetwork scale has already ranked first in the world, It can be said that thetelecommunication industry has become the pillar industries to promote thedevelopment of national economy. Especially early in the old base station, theprevalence of thermal insulation is poor, the running time of air conditioning system istoo long, frequent start and stop, the ambient setting temperature in base station is toolow and so on, which result in high energy consumption of air conditioningenvironment.In this paper, the study and research aim at the base station air-conditioningenvironmental factors and energy conservation measures, and learn the use ofresearch methods and related theory are analyzed in detail in the Zhengzhou city someearly mobile base structure characteristics and energy consumption status, the existingproblems were analyzed and the research, puts forward the reformation andoptimization measures. The main research work is show as the following:First, through the field investigation and data collection to understand thecharacteristics of enclosure structure on early base station and the components ofenvironmental control equipment within base station, come to the conclusion that formost early base station the enclosure structure was simple, heat insulationperformance was poor, the environment control equipment in base station was single,higher energy consumption was higher.Following, taking some mobile station in Zhengzhou city for an example,introduced in detail the comprise and characteristics of enclosure structure before andafter reform, and through the detailed calculation and comparative analysis for theheat transfer coefficient of enclosure structure before and after reform, show that themodified envelope structure heat preservation performance was significantlyenhanced, can shorten the operation time of the air conditioning system and thefrequency of initiation.In third, according to the theoretical analysis and the base station equipmentlayout characteristics and discussed the implementation of district cooling thepossibility of base station, and puts forward to use the battery temperature cabinet base station internal environment for the implementation of district cooling scheme,and the implementation of a district cooling battery constant temperature cabinet andenergy-saving effects were tested and analysed, prove that under specific conditions toimplement zoning after cooling to achieve high saving rate.In fourth, according to the base station to the geographical and environmentalcharacteristics of a detailed analysis of the base station equipment and airconditioning energy consumption situation, put forward by adding intelligent heatexchange system to shorten the running time of the air conditioner, the rational use ofroom and fresh air cooling source implementation plan, the transformation and thebase station overall energy saving effect test and analysis, show that the modified to toachieve better energy saving effect.In this paper, through the contrast analysis before and after the modification ofbase station air-conditioning environmental aspects of energy saving effect, on earlybase feasible measures for energy-saving reconstruction, provides some feasiblesolutions, hope for the future of base station’s air conditioning environmentenergy-saving renovation to provide some valuable reference.
