With the cloud computing,large data,SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture),the rapid development of database technology and progress,Design Institute built an advanced room,the deployment of a number of information systems,improve the design institute office information,,The level of intelligence.But the design institute information system using C / S system architecture,the system development and implementation of different procedures,can not achieve heterogeneous system data sharing,the urgent need to introduce advanced technology integration of heterogeneous systems,designed to enhance the data processing Sharing ability.First of all,this paper analyzes the research background of the comprehensive information management system of the design institute,analyzes the research status of the system at home and abroad through research and literature reading,and puts forward an integrated management system of design institute based on SOA.Secondly,this paper focuses on the technologies of SOA,Webservice,JavaEE and Oracle database management system,analyzes the application advantages of these technologies in system design and development,and paves the way for system development.Then,this paper validates the feasibility of the integrated information management system of the design institute,proves that the system development is feasible from the aspects of economy,technology and management,and uses the advanced demand analysis technology to model the system functions,namely,human resource management,Office management,management,image management,system management and other aspects of the five functions from the system data consistency,integrity,robustness and other aspects of performance analysis to ensure that the system has a strong concurrency and high throughput.Thirdly,the system is designed and designed in detail.According to the B / S architecture,SOA architecture,the system is divided into three levels from top to bottom to ensure the modular design of the system and use the structured process modeling system The process of data processing and processing,and focus on the design of the exchange engine,resource exchange refresh mechanism and message processing components,to facilitate the system heterogeneous data transmission and sharing.Finally,this paper uses the Eclipse platform and Java programming language to develop the system function,describes each system function operation screenshots,and from the function,the performance two aspects of the test,the test results show that the system can meet the human resources,business analysis and other functions,At the same time the system response speed is also very fast.
