Design And Implementation Of Integrated Information Management System Based On Workflow Engine

In the face of the business management difficulties,the waste of resources, integration difficulties and other issues of traditional systems.The application of workflow technology to the university information management system is proposed in the paper. The paper has researched the integrated information management system based on workflow engine. With the changes of application environment and business requirements, the system can realize the reorganization and integration of business process and can improve office efficiency and utilization of resources.The main contents and innovations:The workflow technology is applied to the system.The paper has a deep research on the workflow access control model. The paper analyzes the existing access control model, in view of its deficiency, the paper proposes a kind of attribute and task access control model based on workflow, which can realize the fine- grained and flexible dynamic authorization for access control.The framework model of integrated management system based on workflow and SOA is established according to the requirements of integrated management system and business process management. The framework can achieve maximum business agility and support the realization of efficient, flexible, agile and dynamic flexible business processes, change the formerly established management process technology in static or micro dynamic operating environment in the flexible aspect and reflect the shortcomings.Through the concrete application example- Multimedia Classroom integrated management system, the thesis describes the design and implementation of the design method based on SOA and workflow technology in this system. It is proved that the system framework based on SOA and workflow can make use of the characteristics of SOA architecture, such as adaptability, loose coupling, component oriented and so on. Colleges and universities can customize the workflow, deal with various business processes quickly, and be response to external events and business changes in time.
