Research On The Mechanism Of "Reverse News" In The Era Of Internet

This paper focuses on the qualitative research methods such as ethnography and so on and selects the "reverse news" in the network age as the research object.“Luo er event” happened in Nov.2016 will be regard as the main research case to study how technology,users and public opinion coordinate with each other to promote the "reverse news" in the network age.First of all,based on the extensive application of the Internet,this paper analysis the connotation,extension and characteristics of "reverse news".What's more,network users are empowered and their initiative and sense of participation are greatly enhanced when browsing news.The participation of users might drive news to reverse as well as public opinions reverse,finally adopted as reversed news by traditional media.Secondly,through tracking observation,participatory observation,in-depth interview and focus group interview to explore the mechanism of "reverse news".This study holds that there are three mechanisms for reverse news: technical mechanism,users' mechanism and public opinion mechanism.Among them,the network environment and instant communication construct the technical mechanism of "reverse news".It provides an effective platform for users;User participation and plot reversal construct the user mechanism of "reverse news".It allows news events to be informative in a very short time.And the public opinion turn and media adoption to construct the public opinion mechanism of "reverse news".The uncertainty of information will finally be implemented.Above all has construct the mechanism of“reverse news”.Furthermore,this paper takes “Luo er event” as a typical case to deeply analyze the occurrence mechanism of "reverse news".An article named "Luo Yixiao,you stood still" brushed Moments and received more than 2 million in two hours.Later,citizens revealed that the list of Luo er expenses in the hospital which led the firstreversal of the news.When someone pointed out that Luo er had three houses,two cars and an advertising agency,and then the news get the second reversal.Luo er said "the house should be left to the son" in an interview with television which immediately triggered a third reversal of the news.And then,the public opinion got finally reversed when he explained the house should be left to his suffering ex-wife.Finally,this paper holds a dialectical understanding about it.The "reverse news" is a new form of information dissemination in the network age.We should know the reverse news is not equal to false news.The "reverse news" will lead to the problem of communication responsibility under the multivariate interaction of all media in the future.
