Design And Research On Mobile Application "Passenger" For Railway Travel Service

With the development of China's railway construction technology,nowadays railway traffic has become one of the most important way for people who traveling for long distances.However,for a long time,the service construction of railway travel cannot keep the same progress with the construction of railway technology.As a result,the value of public resources and technology cannot be maximized,and the smooth traveling experience cannot be provided to users.For passengers who traveling for long distance,the quality of service on high-speed railway stations and high-speed railway trains is an important factor that affects the traveler's travel experience directly.Therefore,this study will take Beijing South Railway Station as an example,through the investigation on the service of railway stations and trains,to study the feasible method to improve the service level and the quality of passenger travel by the using of various resources in the station.This article starts from the background of the APP "Passenger",through the investigation and analysis of Beijing South Railway Station,interviews with related experts and users,the investigation and research on service of domestic and international passenger transportation guidance,and then design for the APP "Passenger" on function framework,task flow,visual expression and other aspects.The article will also plan and summarize the way on how to get more convenient and targeted service,to get more comfortable experience during the traveler's trip,hoping to provide a feasible and valuable construction idea for the construction of the same type of railway travel service,in order to improve the comprehensive utilization of public resources,to provide users with a smoother travel experience.
