The Research And Realization Of Airport Public Mobile Service Platform Based On SaaS

With the rapid development of mobile Internet,more and more users of the airport,but the traditional service is difficult to meet the needs of users,in order to meet the individual needs of users and to attract more users we use SaaS(Software as a Service)method and the combination of We Chat.SaaS(Software as a Service)is a new �pay-as-you-go� model,We Chat,the current hottest mobile social tool,the combined of the two products,had proposed the establishment of a full range of We Chat ticket booking system to provide the whole process of We Chat ticket booking service.Users can enjoy a more efficient booking service by paying attention to the public address of the We Chat,creating a new ticket booking service and development mode.This paper first introduces the present situation of SaaS model in domestic and overseas,introduces the Wechat service platform of public service,expounds the development status of Wechat service platform and the interface of Wechat service platform and the third party development technology.This paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the realization of the airport mobile public service platform under the traditional mode and the SaaS model.Based on the We Chat public and the ticket booking process,this paper analyzes the current situation of the booking process and the service development of the current ticket booking users,proposed the development of ticket booking system which based on We Chat public.This paper combines the idea of software engineering,first of all describes the system requirements,mainly from the user needs and functional requirements of two aspects are introduced.Then the system is designed in detail,including the overall system architecture design,system interaction design,system module functions and database design.The booking system based on the We Chat public service platform selects thinkphp as a development framework,it uses the MVC design ideas,selects the My SQL database,and uses JSON as a data storage format and interactive mode,which realized the ticket booking,check-in,ticket verification,lost and found,feedback,shopping,payment and so on.The paper is divided into two parts: the We Chat management platform and the We Chat service.The former mainly realizes the management and maintenance of the service.The latter mainly provides the booking service for the We Chat users.They complete the entire ticket booking system functions through the We Chat platform.In the last part of the paper,we test the main functions and interfaces of the booking system based on We Chat service platform.we test the function of the system in goole,IE,IOS and Android respectively,and test the various interface in the Webstrom.The result of the test indicate that the public mobile service platform based on SaaS works well,all of the function can meet the design requirements,and achieved the user's need of the airport.Through this series of introductions,a more comprehensive picture of the airport We Chat public service platform based on SaaS is presented in the picture.
