The Design And Implementation On Accounting System In Medium And Small Enterprises

With the maturity and promotion of internet technology,enterprises in all countries are making use of advanced information technology especially computer network technology based on internet technology to promote enterprise information construction vigorously,realize remote processing,information sharing and centralized management and decentralized operations,seeking for advantages in competition and continuous growth and development of enterprise.The mainstream economic form of the new century is developing towards digital economy,while the main representative of digital economy is network economy,in which traditional accounting develops accordingly and become an important component of business model under current economic and social conditions.Accounting financial system digitizes all information in trade process and realizes convenient and quick business operation process.But with the rapid development of business information exchange,the inflow of large amount of digital information produces large amount of work for common accounting software with very complicated treatment,while when the common accounting software handle the increasing amount of data,problems of system halted and slow processing etc appeared.Therefore,to improve the core competitiveness of accounting software,developing accounting financial management system suitable for small and medium enterprise is an important aspect of realizing enterprise information management.This thesis mainly studies the analysis,design,realization and testing process of accounting financial management system in medium and small enterprises under the B/S framework based on MVC mode and introduces how to make use of software development technology and advanced system program development environment as well as database technology to design a small accounting management information system meeting the requirements of modern enterprises.First,introduce the research background of this subject,current situation of financial information as well as research purpose and significance of this subject and main research content;second,elaborate technical advantages and development prospects and choose B/S framework based on MVC mode as development technology system of this system;third,made demand analysis of enterprise accounting financial management system and design overall functional framework for the system;fourth,design on the basis of system demand analysis and realize each function module for the system with the help of ASP.NET technology,which include system login interface,document management,book management and report management etc;last,make functional test and performance test for the main modules of related functions of accounting financial management system and the testing results show that this system is with good complete preset function,which helps to provide convenience to accounting financial system in modern small and medium enterprises.
