Design And Implementation Of Accounting Treatment For Agriculture Comprehensive Development Based On B/S Structure

With the rapid development of agriculture in China,the scale of agriculture accounting is expanding increasingly and the agricultural expenditure is transforming from single financial allocation to financing with diversified funding channels.In this case,antecedently manual accounting and budget management by using spreadsheet cannot meet the needs of modern management.How to economize the cost of accounting management,to increase the quality and standard and how to deal w ith agriculture accounting on informatization and scientization is becoming the development direction of agriculture accounting management system in the changing context internally and externally.Agriculture accounting management system in Hunan province uses the leading technology and combines the advanced accounting management ideas at home and abroad to discus and to analyze market at the same time.On this basis,agriculture accounting management system in Hunan province was designed and developed.Thi s system cannot only initialize accounts but also prints voucher and reports,check accounts,which provide a remarkable accounting management solution for Agriculture Office of Hunan Province.This paper discuses from aspects of designing in earlier stage,procedure developing and applying according to the need of computerization of agriculture accounting management system in the overall development of agriculture of Hunan province,which realizes system management,basic setting,voucher processing,accounts searching,periodic treatment and other functions.The design and analysis in details for function modules are in line with system requirement analysis.The E-R diagram of system is presented by analyzing system entity.Besides,the system is applied and tested according to the designs in details.The operating result of this accounting management system indicates that the system can alleviate the workload of accountants a lot,increase work efficiency and make agriculture accounting management more pre cise and easier to be controlled and managed.
