Research On The Construction Of Digital Resources In University Library Based On User Participation

With the rapid development of the Web2.0 social network technology,stimulate user participation in the digital resource construction of university library.Library is not only the consumer of digital resources,but also producers and disseminators of digital resources..Users can share resources by creating,contribution,comments,to participate in the whole process of digital library resource,including planning,production,evaluation,selection,acquisition,organization and integration,University library can build a construction system for user participate digital resources.At present,the theory and practice of user participation in the digital resource construction of university library is still in the exploratory stage,needs further development,therefore,this article conducts the research from the following aspects: the first part describes the research background and research significance,and introduces the information resources construction theory and related concepts.The second part collects typical cases of clients at home and abroad participating in the construction of University Library Digital Resources.The third part synthesizes advantages of cases which clients at home and abroad participate in the whole process of user participation mode of digital library resources,including planning,production,evaluation,selection,acquisition,organization and integration.The fourth part takes the University Libraries in Hebei Province as an example to investigate the users and librarians in order to understand the present situation of the users' participation in the construction of digital resources in University Libraries in Hebei province.In the fifth part,Identify existing problems and propose improved strategy for the construction of the digital resources of University Libraries in Hebei Province,which provides references the construction of digital resources in University libraries.
