Michelle put forward the concept of "image shift",clearly summed up the trend of reading today's society,we entered into the era of reading pictures,in such an environment,news comics has become an important form of news media coverage.Southern Weekend opened a comic book Man Hua Yi Zhen,as a commentary news comics,it has to address the shortcomings,punish evil and promote the role of good.This article mainly studies the visual rhetoric of Man Hua Yi Zhen,mainly through the literature research,text analysis and visual rhetoric method of Man Hua Yi Zhen to explore the news comics.This article mainly analyzes the development process of the comic book,the present situation and characteristics of the comic book and the visual rhetoric method adopted by the Man Hua Yi Zhen.The emphasis is on the relationship between expounding the visual rest method and the comic meaning expression used in the cartoon.The first chapter mainly introduces the development process of news comics.China's comic books produced in the anti-imperialist and anti-feudal period,the ironic and uncovered naturally,this article selects a representative news comic works to show the corner of the development of comics,from different times.The second chapter analyzes the topics,reports and reports of Man Hua Yi Zhen with the news cartoon of Southern Weekend and "Cartoon" as the sample,and analyzes the characteristics of the report according to the data.The third chapter uses the method of visual rhetoric to analyze the metaphor,symbolism,the use of the code and the exaggeration of the comic book of the comic book.This paper analyzes the mapping pattern and meaning expression of metaphor,the symbolic meaning and meaning expression of symbol,the expression of exaggeration type and meaning,and the expression of meaning of allusion.Through the study of the visual rhetoric of Man Hua Yi Zhen,we can understand the deep meaning and attitude of the comic book in a more in-depth way.The Man Hua Yi Zhen reviews the social events through visual rhetoric,and guides the public opinion,criticizes and exposes the purpose of education.
