With enameled wire industry after years of development,the domestic enameled wire production is 1.745 million tons in 2015,it shows that our country has become the first big producer of enameled wire in the world.Although domestic enterprises' equipment manufacturing level and technical level has made considerable progress,but compared with international leading enterprises there is a large gap,mainly displays in the product quality is not stable,production technology is not high,and new product development ability is insufficient,etc.Enamelling machine production is nonlinear,large lagging,strong coupling phenomenon,it has complex temperature control problems,two of the important factors influencing the atmospheric are temperature and pressure.Different status position and altitude,will make the temperature and pressure with the change in a day time,resulting in enamelling machine production of a larger temperature anomalies,breaking the original balance of heat energy in the system.In this paper,based on the study of enamelling machine oven temperature system,puts forward the design idea of heat balance control,fuzzy control and PID control,the formation of the thermal equilibrium temperature control method,supplemented by fuzzy PID.That is to control the heat balance of the system in general,and then adjust the temperature of each monitoring point locally.Firstly,the mathematical model and the transfer function of each channel are established,and the coupling degree of the system is analyzed by the relative gain method.Based on the heat balance equation,the temperature model of the drying system is established according to the heat balance equation.The main components of the input and output of heat energy are analyzed by using the thermodynamic theory.Then,the flow chart of the fuzzy control system is established,and the software and hardware modules are designed.Finally,combined with the fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning to control the temperature monitoring points and tested by field test.In this paper,the thermal balance fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control are studied.The results of field test show that the error of the 5 temperature monitoring points is not more than 4%.The temperature of the controlled object can be adjusted quickly even if the disconnection occurs.In the preheating stage,the preheating time is reduced and the overshoot is not high.There was no change in temperature during the day and night.Not only saving the trouble of manual control,but also avoiding the waste of energy,namely,the heating pipe is not needed to heat and heat,and the energy consumption is reduced,without the need to heat the heating pipe to add heat.Saving energy and in line with the concept of environmental protection production.To a certain extent it enhances the anti-interference ability of the enamelling machine oven temperature system,so as to improve the quality of the products.
