At present, the domestic and international enameling machine equipment widely existed the problem of higher energy consumption, environmental protection, process and control optimization. Facing the increasingly nervous energy and environment increasingly polluted situation, our country should not choose to continue to maintain this industry at the expense of energy and environmental protection, and should carry out technical innovation and eliminate backward production capacity for survival and pursue the long-term development. Through long-term practice and the experience of enameled wire production, the high energy consumption, heavy pollution and other defects during the process in recent years has been improved greatly, but still existed some problems. Enameling machine oven furnace used the internal connected structure, so that the hot gas stream would influenced each other, coupling occur was quite large, which brought great difficulties to the accurate temperature control.In order to solve this problem, the author put forward a fuzzy PID control design decoupling compensation algorithm, by using mechanism modeling method, based on the heat balance equation, established the mathematical model of the transmission channel. On this basis, used the method of analysis of the relative gain, found the coupling degree between each main control channel and other channels, to better applicability of decoupling algorithm.This paper introduced the fuzzy PID controller combined with decoupling algorithm, to study the problem of the enameling furnace temperature coupling, set up the experimental device simulation of hot air circulating temperature coupling, used the compensation decoupling algorithm based on feed-forward, designed the corresponding software application and control device equipment. The experimental results show that, the algorithm could effectively suppress the coupling influences, also verified the feasibility of the algorithm, provided the basis for the study of addressing enameling furnace temperature coupling and precise temperature control. The enameling machine oven temperature control system using fuzzy PID combined with feed-forward compensation algorithm, transferred multi input and multi output into a number of single input single output system. Fuzzy PID control in each main control single channel made the temperature control more precise. The simulation of the control algorithm were compared by used Matlab software. From the simulation results we can seen, using fuzzy PID feed-forward decoupling control temperature algorithm compared with the traditional PID control algorithm could quickly achieved stability, and shown smaller overshoot, less oscillation. This method greatly improved the product quality and consistency, and help to save energy, to achieve a good energy saving effect of enameling machine.
