With the development of cities,the government agencies as the center,to the surrounding,there are radiation out of numbers of residential,shopping malls and factories and other buildings.Due to the expansion of the residential population scale,information collection and management system is undergoing a more and more serious test.The residents of information collection and management system is developed to the system can more convenient service to the masses of the people,effectively solve many problems to strengthen the community,community and residents,residents and residents,set up a mutual exchange platform,let the community work to the masses.In addition,the community intelligent information technology will also have a huge role in promoting the improvement of the investment environment and the comprehensive development of the community.In this paper,the author first analyzes the development background and significance of information collection system and the development of community information collection management both at home and abroad,summarizes the system needs to solve the main problems,introduced the main technology adopted by the system and the main contribution.Then,this paper mainly through the Internet information collection and management technology,this paper analyses the resident community information collection and management system requirements and architecture design,the use of Java Web and MySQL database technology and Tomcat,MyEclipse and other tools,set up information acquisition system development platform and each function module.In this paper,based on the residents of the Java community intelligence,the information collection and management system is divided into client and computer server side.This system uses the HTTP protocol for data transmission,used for B/S browser/server structure,namely data stored on the server database.Design of intelligent data collection system using browser/server mode development,including login registration,management,building management,management of the floating population,infrastructure management,query management module,realized the landing residents identity authentication,web browsing and manage personal information online,to complete the orientation of community news push.In order to verify the robustness of the system,a variety of methods are used to verify the validity of the black box testing.Based on a large number of test cases and black box testing methods,the efficiency and robustness of the intelligent information collection and management system of community residents in this paper are validated.
