With the rapid development of Internet technology, especially for Web technology, Internethas become a huge, distributed, heterogeneous database platform. Web technology is one of thecore technology of Internet, its main function are information dissemination and informationprocessing. Web technology also an important feature in online information system, it already hasaccess to all of the information fields. On the other hand, the management system in modern societyhas been deep into all walks of life, due to the rapid development of computer technology andpopularization of management information. In fact it has become computer managementinformation systems. Modern management information system and in line with the principles ofsoftware engineering had improved the traditional information management systems.At present, College of computer coverage rate is very high, and the built-up of the campusnetwork is also quite perfect, so, inefficient office procedures and office business volume growingincreasingly acute contradictions between the only way to reform the traditional office, make fulluse of advanced technology in order to improve efficiency, improve the working environment. I dohave some scientific and management experience, sound management system, improve the rulesand regulations, and stable work order, scientific management methods and accurate raw data, I testwhether external or internal office has a set of conditions science online management system.Based on the above background, I developed this "test Office online management informationsystem." The design of a unified planning system, database, Web application by accessing thedatabase, so that students who are in different places can be obtained whenever the information theyneed. In this thesis, in strict accordance with the principles of software engineering, systemrequirements, system analysis, system design, database design and system implementation aspectswere described in detail, and detail design of this system and the sub-modules.This system is built with Web technology Flex technology, Web database using MySQLdatabase, operating system using Linux, application server using Tomcat. The latter three are the industry’s open-source software, deployment cost of the entire system is extremely low, when theneed commercialization, do not need to purchase any third-party software, can be said to have theinnate cost competitiveness.This article first present the BDP, is a business develop platform, then all system developmentbased on this platform, through the platform’s modular package, so that reuse of technical functions,and even business logic reuse, and maintenance of all system accordance with the modulardevelopment, only rely on abstract rather than rely on specific, thus enabling the system to a steadyrun. In addition, platform-based development platform for new features to be upgraded, justupgrade the platform to not need to change any business systems, and various business systemnaturally will automatically have the new features of the upgrade.The system interface is friendly, easy to learn, it is suitable for non-computer professionals tolearn and operate, suitable for promotion to the office use of the faculties of the college level. Useof this system will completely change the face of Examination Office Management, not only thestaff work efficiency, enthusiasm and confidence are also doubled, but also directly enhance theteaching quality, and speed up the process of Kaoban management information.
