Design And Implementation Of Mobile Office System Based On Enterprise WeChat Account Platform

WeChat is one of the most popular in recent years,a social way,the characteristics of the We Chat use Enterprise Platform software everyday socializing,networking and enterprise resource combine organic.Enterprise office system from having the original special client or application is converted into a mobile phone as long as employees equipped with We Chat client to complete routine office transaction processing,which not only maximize the use of enterprise information resources,but also make employees through daily use of social software,anywhere have to deal with office tasks,achieve easier results.Through WeChat breadth of social software,enables companies to employees without the name,identity,personal photos and other personal information to re-entry,reducing the human resource management department staff data entry workload.User authentication information on the mobile office system call We Chat Enterprise platform,so that employees after login WeChat not require login mobile office system again,that is to reduce the business for the employees are logged and verification systems development,server concurrent pressure with data entry and also reduces the number of employees Log various systems.The project comes from my internship involved in the design of the project,through the We Chat platform for companies to develop Enterprise mobile office system.By building on the We Chat mobile office platform system office management operations,complete the basic message of employees,things approval,sign the attendance and We Chat public number management and publishing content.Is designed to improve office efficiency and make employees more easily handle daily office needs,while the present system can be listserv WeChat business platform,according to the interest of employees interested in speculation,it is recommended to employees may like the article,not only amateur can enrich their lives,but also enable employees to better focus on business office systems.Design and implementation of WeChat business platform for mobile office system consists of the following seven major functional modules: My desk functionality,workflow,messaging mass function,We Chat and attendance functions,Information Management,Enterprise management and system management functions and one by one according to user needs analysis of each module before the detailed design,and design and implementation of all functional modules.This paper constructs a mobile office system based on micro-channel business platform.This system is not only able to complete daily office needs of enterprises,while for large data mining employees mobile features and enterprises to make effective help,this system meets all the needs of users,users of the system to achieve the vision to solve the business office problems.
