Vibrating wire sensor is applied tolarge range,multi-measuring point and poor environmentengineering field.It has reliable performance,long life and strong anti-interference characteristics,so it is used in dams,bridges,geotechnical,tunnels,mines Engineering safety monitoringwidely.It can measure stress and strain,seepage,liquid level and other physical quantities.At present,the commonly used vibrating wire sensor measuring device has many different types,but it still has some shortcoming such as low measurementfrequency,complex wiring,difficult to install and maintaince.Therefor,a bus-type vibrating wire sensor monitoring device has been studied and developed to solve these problems.Firstly,Through read the literature,researched and other ways to understand the vibrating wire sensor monitoring instrument research status and its application in engineering practice and prospect;Analyzedthe data acquisition,data analysis,data processing,data display and communication of the monitoring device;According to the objectives of the project selected the right main components,and according to the characteristics of components proposed a reasonable and feasible design.Secondly,based on high-frequency transformer and MCU and other components designed the oscillator circuitof the vibrating wire sensor,the microcontroller to send high-frequency pulse to produce high-voltage,thereby,excitedthe steel string vibration;Designed of the butterworth bandpass filter and amplifier to conditioning the signal from the vibrating wire sensor to become a measuable signal;Use the multi-cycle frequency measurement method for frequency measurement,thereby improving the measurement accuracy;The communication function of the monitoring device is realized by CAN2.0 protocol technology.The final research and development of the bus-type vibrating wire sensor monitoring device can successfully complete the basic functions,for example,vibrating wire sensor monitoring device excitation,vibration,frequency measurement,signal communication and data display and so on.In addition,it also meet the following two requirements,firstly,it achieved the physical output directly;Secondly,the frequency of measurement accuracy can reach 0.1Hz~1Hz.In short,the bus-type vibrating wire sensor monitoring device improved the monitoring data measurement accuracy,more simplified the project site wiring,made the monitoring data directly to the physical output,better solved the existing problems in engineering practice.In the same time,it provided a new idea for the further research and development of the vibrating wire sensor monitoring device.
