Due to its immediate and interactive advantages in propagation ability,micrblog is gradually becoming a wonderful platform for tourism risk communication,and how to use micro-blog to carry out tourism risk communication activities has become a hot research topic.Based on the theories of sociology,information science and communication,this paper takes Sina and micro-blog as the data source and analyzes the tourism risk communication and information diffusion effect in the social media environment.The main research work includes:1.Analyzed the patterns and social network of sina micro-blog tourism risk communication.From the perspective of tourism risk information dissemination,this paper summarized characteristics of the communication network combined with the analysis of network centrality and structural hole.What's more,problems in the process of tourism risk communication were founded.2.Build up the influencing factors model of tourism risk information diffusion effect and make an empirical analysis.Based on summarizing the domestic and foreign relevant research,this paper constructed the influencing factor model of information diffusion effect with the extraction of micro-blog elements and characteristic factors of information release subjects.The influence of the above factors on the range and velocity of information diffusion was verified through the empirical data by sina micro-blog.3.Based on the conclusion of the study,the strategies and suggestions were put forward to help tourism risk information release subjects use effective means to optimize the tourism risk communication and enhance tourism risk information diffusion effect through positive utilization of influencing factors.
