With the development of information technology, computers and networks have becoming an indispensable tool of modern office and effective carrier of information transmission; All kinds of network management systems come to being based on Web technology, these systems have been applied in various spheres of social life.Shanxi Vocational and Technical College of Coal's student affairs office involving students in the school, continuing education mental health, financing of loans, employment guidance counselor management and other aspects of information management. Traditional manual operation is very tedious, complex, and heavy workload. So they need a management information system to change it.This system was used for systemic statistics about students in school depending on B/S system schema mode and J2 EE development platform, including students at introduction, news dynamic information, notification announcement, students personal and collective honors of records show for students, teacher, department teacher and counselor class, provides unified of online Office service platform, achieved the sector between effective of information shared and collaborative work. Finally, the Software engineering theory, database technology are utilized to complete the development and test of the system. After the initial commission of the system, this design and development of student's job management platform is reasonable, beautiful interface and easy to use, effectively improving the efficiency of the student affairs office, achieving the students and teachers' unanimously endorsed.The platform can save a lot of human and material resources to achieve the management of information and intelligence but there are still some disadvantages, and needs further improvement.
