The Design And Implementation Of Management System Of Professional Skills Training In Oilfield

For the professional downhole skills training in oilfield,it depended on human manual processing in past years.It is very waste of time and energy for teachers,managers,and staffs.Training management level can't improve,and training learning efficiency is very low.With the development of Internet technology,it is very necessary to develop a set of oilfield downhole professional skills training management system.In this paper,according to the actual needs of oilfield downhole training,the system structure,function,key technology and implementation scheme were studied in this paper.With the principle of software engineering development and the practical application,this system made a detailed analysis and design implementation.The rapid development and object-oriented development method is used in development process.The system adopted the B/S mode and MyEclipse integrated development environment.It used open source MySQL database tools for database management,including the training study,the training,management,the examination management,the examination bank management,the marking examination papers,system management and so on in this downhole professional skills training management system.According to the actual needs of downhole professional skills training,it satisfied the using requirement of enterprise training management,and solved the problems in the training management.The professional downhole skills training management system had advanced technology,stable running,convenient maintenance,and practical function.It can significantly improve training efficiency with online examination and the marking examination papers,promote the professional skills of underground staff,and also reach the design target of the system.
