Along with the development of the network and the popularity of the computer, online examination system has become a necessary part of the evaluation of professional titles and employee on-boarding, especially in the environment of the downhole operation, the staff’s skill needs higher, once the error is happened, it will cause accident or inevitable loss, and the damage is serious, so the downhole operation must meet certain requirements to mount guard. It provides a condition to develop a compresive evaluation system for the downhole workers. It makes the development of the compresive evaluation system imminent. The compresive evaluation system includes centralized theory examination and field practice examination, which avoids the shortcoming of the original appraisal high cost. In this system, it puts the theory exam and field practice exam as the key point to examine the targeted skills of the employee’s operation.It checks the true level of employees, to ensure the booster operation safety and the low incidence of the accident.The evaluation of the theory uses ASP.NET technology. It is mainly to examine the downhole employees the theory knowledge which includes well control,basis and safety.The exam divides into unity examination and random examination.In the unified examination, the system generates unified examination paper which saves in the Oracle.However, the random test generates questions at random time according to the needs of the users to ensure the diversity and not repetitive of test questions.The system of theory examiation practices by the platform of Visual Studio 2010.Practice test is the simulation of the actual environment. Users can see the three-dimensional object and use mouse or keyboard to operate object.The practice exam has advantages in interaction, effection, and safety etc. This system is mainly to examine 15 procedures of the downhole operation. If the employees answer right in the exam, it records the score. Otherwise it will give tips of the failure operation. In the end, it will submit the score and save in the database.This paper combines the examination of the theory with the practice which use the concept of the education technology and the technique of simulation. It makes the staff to study not only the theory knowledge of the downhole operation, but also the operation of the downhole operation.Through it, the employees’ assessment result is consistent with the true level.And it puts the implement of compresive assessment system which is combined with on-line examination system and the practice examination system as a goal. Thisplatform is based on the practice of Unity 3D platform and Visual Studio 2010 web platform which set up a corresponding compresive evaluation system to exam the true level of the downhole workers.
