The differences and similarities between WebRTC signaling protocol and Jingle network are analyzed. The signaling protocol architecture of XMPP protocol is used to construct the signaling protocol of WebRTC. Session layer, and proposes the design scheme of WebRTC network and Jingle network convergence on the client side and extends the existing Jingle and SDP protocols to support the establishment of WebRTC communication pipeline. And the whole system is designed and implemented.At the end of this dissertation, various data tests are carried out on the implemented system to compare and analyze the packet loss rate, latency and frame rate of the system, which proves that the WebRTC technology can solve the mobile network fluctuation seriously Of the case, a good real-time multimedia communication to complete the task, thus proving the feasibility and effectiveness of the program.
