With the development of digital technology, new media forms emerge in endlessly,constantly changing People's Daily life. In the new media environment, the form of interpersonal interaction develop from traditional face-to-face, one-to-many interactive to virtualization, one-to-one and many-to-many interaction, present different from traditional media in the era of new look.This paper mainly studies the new media environment factors affecting interpersonal interaction and discuss strategies of enhance interpersonal interaction. First of all, this paper interprets the related concepts and theories of new media and interpersonal interaction. According to its interactive characteristics, the new media can be divided into three types: network new media, we media and mobile new media. Secondly, from the perspective of communication, based on the communication subject, content, route and communication audience four dimensions, interpersonal interaction is interpreted. Third,through summing up the traditional media environment of the four dimensions of the development strategy, summed up its shortcomings, proposed in the new media environment, the four dimensions of strategies. Fourth, design a new media instance, apply those strategies of the enhancement of interpersonal interaction, and analyze data of this example's background data and survey data, verification of the effectiveness of the interpersonal interaction strategy under the new media environment.New media is a double-edged sword, it not only brings change of people's life and at the same time brings some troubles. At the end of this paper, has taken a simple discussion of the negative impact of new media, and puts forward the deficiency of this paper, prospects the future new development of the new media environment of interpersonal interaction.
