Supply and distribution of high quality not only on the basis of the modern ship communications automation is important for safety and maritime vessels. Supply and Distribution management system through monitoring of real time signal status and the control orders issued by an operator,has a corresponding switch status signals and signal interface unit outputs the switching status, control and drive and its associated electromechanical switching devices to control power supply and distribution system loop effect of conduction and turn-off. At present, the domestic ship supply and distribution monitoring system exist data acquisition is not timely, statistical data is not accurate, low accuracy, data dispersion in time and Can bus limitations and other issues,Doesn't make it to the grid parameters and fault information in real time in circuit monitoring and measuring, the operators do not have access to integrated management of it. This system helps in the supply and distribution system's network parameters to collect and analyze the data, help the operator to know power supply and distribution system's status of supply and distribution and control, now the ship management technical level has been greatly improved.This power supply sets control simulation system developed a new kind of field bus based on PSCAD/EMTDC and PLC with director for real-time monitoring of power supply and distribution system. Introduces the hardware design powered centralized control simulation system, and describes the basic structure of the system used in this article, the device type and the corresponding design of the device layer and so on; then introduced the design logic and methods of system control program through a series of Related functional modules, descript the programming logic of the system detailed; Then introduced through the WinCC software configuration interface for monitoring power distribution control system designed to monitor the completion of the entire system, and real-time content and process of the operation is stored in the database, in order to check and test the process information back to the moon, to achieve the internal power supply and distribution system to monitor and manage a variety of information.Finally, on the basis of previous monitoring supply and distribution system design, in order to strengthen the system failure director,analytical capabilities,the system adds the director sets of functions, through the PSCAD/EMTDC professional power system simulation software for power systems and major equipment for semi-physical simulation and verification, simulation grid computing, grid simulation and demonstration environment to the analog input of the system. However, due to the distribution network PSCAD information can not be directly transferred to the PLC, and therefore further analysis through a custom interface module simulation results establish the director's real-time transmission to the monitoring station units, monitoring stations operate centralized monitoring host. Under such a system that can supply and distribution system to normal operation, monitoring, measuring the health of supply and distribution networks for real-time monitoring of vessels operating state distribution network, such as the loop voltage, current, power, and related information,such as the state of the switch . When the power supply and distribution system encounters abnormal operating conditions, it is possible to quickly and accurately position query failed and why the failure occurred, so the operator can make timely and accurate processing failures, electrical equipment to reduce outages device and power range to ensure supply and distribution system to work properly.
