Building Power Supply Control System Based On Plc/wincc

The buildings power supply control system is used to modernize theHuatong building of H Company in Nanjing. The Huatong building is old andmost of its power supply depends on manual management mode. Because theoffice area is huge, the effect of manual management mode is limited. Even withthe strict measures of fine, energy-wasting phenomena, which can not betolerated by an energy conservation high-tech enterprise, still occur frequently.H Company had launched power automatic control plan in August2011, theHuatong building is a pilot project.This system utilizes SIEMENS PLC CPU226as the control core, withtemperature sensors, light sensors, proximity switch and push-button switch,which collect input quantities to provide for illumination, air conditioning,ventilating fan, personal computer and other equipment of office building, andprovide function of GSM remote control. The host real-time monitor the runningstatus of power supply control system, the host designs man-machine interactionoperation interface of Siemens by the configuration software WinCC, andrealizes functions of the auto-alarm, historical data record, producing controlquantities variation and data report form. The system has realized the Internetremote control by controlling the host through VPN. The system is designedaccording to practical work pattern of the H Company employee, not onlysatisfies the function of the actual need and construction cost to be low,technical stable and reliable, but also the alert mechanism and exceptionhandling mechanism are reasonable, the high performance-to-price ratio ofsystem is applicable to the upgrade of old office building. After the scenedebugging, exceptionally tests and trial operation, the system is stable andreliable.
