Simulation And Structure Design Of Light Field Reflection Linear Time Grating

With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,the requirement of the testing technology is higher and higher.At parent,the main measuring instruments in the market are light grating,inductosyn,laser interferometer,magnetic grating and so on.The light grating is the most widely used in these instruments,it measured the spatial displacement by the number of gratings.The research group of our laboratory put forward the concept of time grating displacement sensor,which measure the spatial displacement by the clock pulse,the displacement sensor has been gradually applied in the field of industry.Light time grating is a new research direction of the time grating,we have completed the research of light time grating of transmission model,proved the feasibility of light time grating.Today,in order to expand the application in the engineering field,we carry out the light time grating of reflection model.The design of optical system and the simulation optical field distribution is the important part of reflected light field time grating's study,the optical system affects the uniformity and parallelism of the transmitted light,which is the important guarantee for the spatial modulation of light field time grating.In this paper,we improve the measurement accuracy of the optical time grating by optical system,the main research contents are as follows.(1)The principle of time grating and optical field grating is studied in depth,and the influence of various factors on the measurement is analyzed.(2)Based on the selection of light source and the characteristics of light emission,the optical system is designed to ensure the uniformity of illumination.(3)The optical system is designed to ensure the parallelism of the light source,and to reduce the divergence angle of light,which can improve the measurement accuracy of the optical field grating.(4)Complete optical system tolerance analysis and formulation.Finally,analysis of the distribution of light field time grating plate and the fixed plate of the light intensity,spatial modulation effect of fixed plate under actual conditions,by Matlab draws on the probe light energy and fixed polar diagram displacement.
