Precision displacement measuring instruments can be divided into two categories: non optics and optics.Optical displacement sensor has been widely used in the field of precision measurement,because of the advantages of non contact measurement,material adaptability and wide dynamic range.However,the manufacturing equipment of traditional optical displacement sensor is extremely expensive,and the related technologies are blockade of our country.In view of this situation,our laboratory developed a new kind of displacement sensor which uses time pulse as the measurement reference,and named as time grating.However,the existing field type time grating has the weakness of poor ability to resist electromagnetic interference and low manufacturing precision.Based on the above situation,our workgroup creatively combine the optical measurement technology with time grating sensor,then design a new kind of time grating displacement sensor which joins alternating light field time-space coupling with lithography technology.Taking the advantage of stronger anti electromagnetic interference ability of optical coupling signal and higher manufacturing precision of lithography technology,the method can improve the measuring precision of displacement sensor.Supported by National Natural Science Foundation,this paper develops the research on related theories of optical field type time grating sensor and hardware system design of signal generation and acquisition.The main research contents are as follows:1)Deeply study the measuring principle of optical field type time grating sensor,and establish a mathematical model of optical field type time grating sensor,then analyze the error rule of different parameters in theory,as the same time,use the software of Matlab to verify its correction.2)According to the time-space conversion principle of time grating sensor,the paper uses two sinusoidal signals of which amplitude and frequency is same but in phase quadrature to drive the light source,and use the orthogonal light field obtained to pass the spatial orthogonal surface array,then will get light field standing wave signal of time-space coupling,at last,put the standing wave signals together to get a traveling wave signal by hardware circuit,and realize the time quantum to measure space quantum.3)Build the experimental platform,and detect the signal of sensor in different stages and analyze it,then verify the design plan is feasible,and test the performance of the sensor lastly.By completing the hardware system design of signal generation and acquisition of optical field type time grating sensor,realize the displacement sensor high precision measurement.At last,The measurement results show that the measurement precision can reach ±2.4?m within the range of 30 mm,and lay a solid foundation for researching high speed and high precision optical field type time grating displacement sensor.
