With the development of enterprise information construction,a single ERP system or a separate business system can not meet the needs of enterprises to enhance the business processing efficiency by integrating different business systems.However,the ERP system in the State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)is not centralized.Each of the state level and province level power companies under SGCC,such as Shandong Electric Power Company and Jiangsu Electric Power Company,has its own ERP system to store data related to purchase orders,sales orders,and subsequent business processing.The headquarter of SGCC and the subsidiary power companies don't have access to each other's database.During any type of business transaction between two provincial power companies,business officials have to rely on telephone and e-mail to communicate with each other and monitor the implement progress.Even under the same provincial power company,the subsidiary companies have limited access to the ERP system that prevent them to view orders in other companies.Moreover,the headquarter of SGCC can not learn about the business transactions among its subsidiary companies in time.The purpose of the current system is to connect the orders and their subsequent business sessions in the ERP system such that the both parties involved make inquiries about order information and implement progress.The development of the system includes two parts: ERP subsystem and Relation Trade Management subsystem.The ERP subsystem and the Relation Trade Management subsystem can exchange data using XML through a standardized Web Service interface.The ERP subsystem is the C/S model,the development is to further investigate the existing sales and purchasing orders without changing the current business processes.Based on the information from business contracts,the ERP subsystem pushes orders and their subsequent credential information between companies under SGCC into the Relation Trade Management subsystem.Relation Trade Management subsystem is the B/S model,the development use SGCC unified application development platform UAP platform,the platform based on J2 EE technology roadmap.The function of Relation Trade Management subsystem is contract and order data query function,basic data configuration management function,integration management function,data synchronization function.Query function is mainly to achieve the contract,orders and follow-up documents information query.Configuration management functions to achieve user management,organizational management,business link configuration and other basic data configuration function.Integrated management functions to achieve the integration of the interface configuration,integrated log monitoring function,for different ERP manufacturers,according to the ERP server Web Service different ways to achieve integration.The main function of data synchronization is to send some configuration data to the ERP subsystem,so that the ERP subsystem can judge whether the order belongs to the association order between internal units according to the data.The characteristic of this system is the national headquarters of SGCC and affiliated units of service personnel,through the Relation Trade Management subsystem can timely understand the internal order correlation in the ERP subsystem and the subsequent implementation of business.Through the realization of the system,the communication cost is reduced and the working efficiency is improved.The national headquarters of SGCC not only can achieve the purpose of the integration of headquarters management and monitoring,but also can promptly understand the contract orders between subordinate units of information.
